From Classic Logistics Reporting to the Insights Cockpit | TradeLink Help Center
Learn more about the Insights Cockpit, which will replace the current reporting system starting in early April 2025.
What's New
1. Top KPIs at a Glance
Get a quick overview of the most important key figures for cost reduction, punctuality, speed, and quality improvement – without the need for deeper analysis.
2. Planned vs. Actual Ramp Utilization
Optimize extra effort, idle time, or under-/over-planning by analyzing available, planned, and actual utilization based on loading and unloading status.
3. Personalized Filters
With the filter options, you can customize all dashboards individually at the user level:
-
Date: Week, month, or custom.
-
Location: Warehouse locations of your choice.
-
Goods Flow: Incoming or outgoing goods.
-
Partner: Suppliers or freight carriers.
Tip: Save your preferred view for quick access. Learn how in the article "Custom view: Save your favorite filters"
4. Detailed Analysis at Partner Level
Analyze data in more detail by partner, time, weekday, or booking type. You can also drill down to the transport level to identify the causes of delays. Simply click on any bar within a chart to explore further.
5. New KPIs
The Insights Cockpit makes your data even more action-oriented. In addition to operational KPIs on partner collaboration and utilization, it provides enhanced and visually optimized metrics for increased efficiency.
6. Data Quality at a Glance
High-quality data is the key to better insights. Each chart displays the availability and quality of your data using a traffic light indicator:
🔴 Red (0–30%) – Needs improvement
🟡 Yellow (30–70%) – On the right track
🟢 Green (70–100%) – Excellent data!
