Custom View: Save your favorite filters | TradeLink Help Center
In this article, you will learn how you as a user can create, save and optimally use your custom filter views in TradeLink.
1. Set individual focus in the calendar
Customise your calendar view with an individual focus. Employees (e.g. in incoming or outgoing goods) can save their favourite views, adapt them at any time and use them optimally.

Open the calendar view: Go to the calendar view. You can show or hide the filter bar using the filter icon at the top right.

Set focus: Select your focus criteria, e.g. booking status, booking type or transport status.

Click on ‘New view’ in the filter menu

Select your filters and give your view a title.

Save view: Save your settings and set them as the default view via ‘Update view’.

Highlight focus: Your focus topics are highlighted in colour, while other bookings are greyed out. This allows you to see what is important without losing the overview.

Customise or delete view: Change or delete saved views via ‘Update view’ or ‘Remove view’.
Examples for tracking loading units:

Empties tracking: Filter the calendar view and quickly check which transport still needs empties tracking.

Quality check: Use the ‘Quality’ filter to identify transports with defective load units.
2. Filter transport list and save personalised favourites views
Save personalised filter settings directly in the transport list (also applies to the order list and load carrier management).

Set settings: Use the cogwheel icon to adjust and save the order of the list using drag-and-drop.

Open filter bar: Use the filter icon to show or hide the filter bar.

Set filter: Select the desired filter criteria, e.g. booking period, date status, booking type, flow of goods, loading point or transport processing.

Click on ‘New view’ in the filter menu.

Select your filters and give your view a title.

Save view: Save your settings and set them as the default view via ‘Update view’.
Examples:
Ramp employee:

To do: Filter in the transport list e.g. by the time period ‘Today’ and set the transport status to ‘Arrived at yard’ to know which transport is due next.

High priority: Create a view for high priority bookings based on load types or status points
Shipping:

Carrier-specific views: Save views for individual carriers or forwarders to optimise communication and planning.

Booking request monitoring: Create a view for ‘all pending booking requests’ to speed up approvals.
3. Tip: Filter order list (Order Management) or load carrier management view
Also use the filter function for:

Order list: Filter by order status and type to get a quick overview of open or specific orders.

Load carrier management: Filter by location, load carrier, date or partners to display specific data.
Example:
Purchasing: Pending orders: Save a view for all orders with the status ‘Date request sent’ to manage them more easily.
