Expanded classifications provide better evaluations and help analyze causes in detail. - Digital Documentation:
Photos and driver signatures can be captured directly in the app. - Automated Communication:
All relevant partners are automatically informed — no manual follow-up required. - Optimized User Guidance:
Fewer clicks, clearer navigation, faster results.
How the Advanced Load Check Works
The following section provides detailed information on the functionality, divided into:
-
Data Capture
-
Summary and Confirmation of the Load Check
Important: For optimal use, tablets are recommended!
Data Capture
When opening the load check via the status points, two areas are now displayed:
-
Transport-related Categories
-
Shipment-related Categories

With the new functionality, ramp staff report issues directly and no longer need to explicitly document positive or successful checks. When multiple categories are selected, the user sees an overview of the corresponding categories within the question.
Clicking “No” starts the logging process. Based on the selection and the corresponding area, the relevant categories are requested in the next step.
The user can then select one or more categories where problems occurred.

In the next step, the affected shipments themselves can be selected.

After successfully selecting the shipments, users can choose causes and add comments as well as images.
Using a tablet is recommended, as photos can be taken and uploaded directly.

If multiple shipments are affected, the issue can be documented either shipment-specific or collectively by clicking the “Collective” option. Subsequently, the entries for this category are applied to all selected shipments.

Summary and Confirmation
The summary consists of four functionalities:
-
Report Summary
-
Signature Function
-
Print Function
-
Translation Function
- Automated Notifications
Summary
The summary provides an overview of all categories. For failed checks, images and comments are displayed under “Show Affected Shipments”.
This overview will also remain accessible in the status points and can help other employees or departments understand the exact situation.

Signature Function
By clicking “Sign”, the driver’s signature can be recorded. Names and signatures can be added, which will also be used for further automated emails and internal documentation.

Print Function
Clicking the print icon in the upper part of the window generates a printout. However, this document is shared at the end of the process with relevant trading partners. The printout is in the language of the logged-in user.
Translation Function (Planned for early October 2025)
Clicking the translation icon in the upper part of the window allows the content of the load check to be translated into multiple languages. Initially, the translation does not affect the printout.
Automated Notifications
Contract partners automatically receive an email for failed load checks, including the protocol, driver details (e.g., license plate and name), and transport information (photos and comments).
