You don't have your customer's contact details to inform them of a delay? Unfortunately, these are all problems that can arise in day-to-day business. Fortunately, delays can now be mapped in just a few steps via TradeLink. To get started, log into your TradeLink Account. You will see an overview of all of your bookings in the list view. By clicking on the three-dot menu you will be shown the option of reporting a delay under “Report delay”. Once you have saved your changes, the ETA with the new date and time will appear under the status “Booking period” in your list overview.
