The article explains the advantages of a TradeLink account.
The only requirement for creating an account is a personal invitation from either your colleagues or the location you wish to book from.
Why should I create a TradeLink Account?

A TradeLink account allows a personal overview of all your bookings, hereby also taking into account all bookings made by your partners.

This way, all your bookings are displayed in one central space, effectively eliminating the need to read long email histories or refer back to individual confirmation emails.

Additionally, the status of all your bookings will be displayed in the same place: “Announced”, “Request sent”, “Request received”, and “Appointment confirmed”.

This way, you enjoy the benefits of centralized management of all your bookings in one place and the subsequent processing of existing bookings.
Within your personal booking overview, you have the possibility to add information for your transports or to entirely cancel certain bookings.
By clicking on “Edit” you can make a variety of changes to the selected booking.
You can also manage your personal settings, contact details and notifications by clicking on your Username at the top right of the screen.
