NEW: Add order data to shipments in TradeLink | TradeLink Help Center
You can add order data directly to shipments in TradeLink to save you having to upload delivery documents.
Selected warehouses now provide order data directly in TradeLink via an interface. This data helps the warehouse to know which goods are coming in to prepare the delivery and to prepare the unloading accordingly to enable an even faster unloading process.
Don't worry, not much will change for you.
1. start the booking process as usual for the relevant warehouse
2. as soon as you are asked to enter your shipment information, you will now be asked for an order number instead of a reference number. Here you can enter the number you know, typically the commission number (KVNR) or the AB number (ABNR).
3. TradeLink suggests known numbers as soon as you click in the input field.
4. In case your shipment contains several orders, you can enter as many order numbers as you like (click on '+Add order number').
5. If an order number is not recognized by the system, you can of course still add the order. However, make sure that the order number is in the correct format so that the system can assign the order in the best possible way.
6. As soon as you have added the order number(s), you can continue with the booking as usual.
