If you want to create a transport with several shipments, you can first start your booking as usual. You can find more information on this in our articles about how to book.
After you have selected "Delivery" or " Pick-up", you can add a first shipment. To do this, fill in all the required fields. For Supplier, you select the supplier or brand from which the goods will be loaded onto your transport. In case you are the supplier yourself, this field is already pre-filled. Next, add the order number, quantity and load that only applies to the goods in the first shipment. Also, upload a document for the first shipment.
After all the fields for the first shipment have been filled, click on "Add shipment". The fields for the second shipment will then appear. You can repeat this step as often as you need, depending on how many shipments will be on the transport.
Once all shipments have been created and the information is correct, click on "Ok" or press Enter to select the vehicle and a suitable time slot in the next step.
In the next step, select the type of vehicle with which you will deliver the goods to the delivery address and confirm by clicking "Ok" or pressing Enter.
Finally, you can select a time slot in the calendar overview at which the delivery can take place.
To do this, click on the day of delivery in the monthly view on the left, which will list the available time slots for this day in the right part. Choose a time slot that suits you and confirm it by clicking on the time slot.
In the last step, you can add an optional comment for the recipient. To finalize your booking, click on "Book now”.
