Learn how to create and manage your transactions and how to add comments, documents or a signature.
How can I create a transaction?
Option AVia the calendar view As admin, owner or standard user, click on the three-dot menu of an Avis and then ‘Book empties’
or as a ramp worker, simply click on the ‘Book empties’ button in the notification detail view |
Option BClick on the palette icon at the top right of the menu and then on ‘Create transaction’

Then:
1. Select the location, booking time of the transaction (if different) for which you want to book load carriers and add all relevant information such as exchange partners, etc.
2. Here you can also upload documents (e.g. photo of broken load carrier for dispute management), sign digitally or leave comments for your delivery partners.
3. Click on ‘Create booking’. The booking will then be displayed in the transaction overview.
How can I add a comment, document or?
When you create or edit a transaction (see above), you can upload PDFs, tables and image files, add a digital signature or leave a comment for your delivery partner.
Which devices are suitable for creating transactions?
TradeLink is browser-based. This means that you can use all mobile devices as long as they have internet access and access to the TL web app is active.
How can I see whether a transaction has already been created for a transport?
Go to the booking via the calendar. Under ‘Details’ you will find the ‘Empties’ section where you can see whether a transaction has already been created. If no transaction has been created yet, you can create a new transaction using the three-dot menu (see above on how to create your transaction).
Alternatively, you can use the transport list to filter for transports without a load carrier booking.
How can I edit a transaction afterwards?
Select the relevant transaction in the transaction list and click on the ‘Edit’ option in the ‘three-dot menu’.
How can I view the change history of a transaction?
Select the relevant transaction in the transaction list and click on the ‘History’ tab in the view on the right-hand side.
How can I manage transaction notifications?
Select the ‘Notifications’ section under your personal settings (top right) and then search for the notification settings for load carrier management.
