What do my supply chain partners see and what rights do they have?

Your delivery partners can see all transactions that have been assigned to them as well as the balance with their company. Transactions also include comments, documents and photos.

Supply chain partners cannot create transactions, but can edit existing transactions with a mandatory reason for change.

 

For 3PL customers: What do my clients see and what rights do they have?

Clients have access to assigned transactions as well as shared balances.

Clients can edit as well as create transactions.

 

What materials can I share with my delivery partners to facilitate the roll-out?

Share the help center article for delivery partners. There your supply chain partners will learn how to enter load carriers in the notification, how to invite new colleagues to TradeLink and more.
