Learn here which settings you can make for empties management and how user management works.

Set up load carrier management:

The product will be activated and set up for you in the kick-off together with your Customer Success Manager. Of course, you can also configure your settings yourself at a later date:


1. Select load carrier

Go to ‘Site settings’ in the navigation via the gear icon and click on ‘Transport Equipment management’ at the bottom left.

Then use the drop-down menu to select the load carriers to be tracked.

Please note: The type of load carrier depends on the package you have chosen.

 

2. Select quality levels

For the quality levels, you can either select ‘Two quality levels’ (Intact and Defective) or ‘Multiple quality levels’ (Class A, Class B, Class C, Defective)
