You have the option to personalize your main status points and status points in your calendar. We will explain how to configure them in this article.

Tip:
Use the full screen view of the transport list to inform drivers in the waiting area via the ‘Transport status’ filter that they can drive to the ramp.
Configuration of main status points
You can view your main status points in the detailed view of a booking under the "Status" tab. Your main status points also appear on the calendar tiles in your calendar.
In the site settings, you have the possibility to define three main status points and to set their order. We recommend selecting the status points that represent the most important steps in your process and should therefore appear at first glance on the calendar tiles.
To do this, navigate to the "Main status points" section in the site settings. Here you can configure the settings for incoming and outgoing goods. Use the drop-down menu to select a status point.
Update your site settings after you have made your selection of status points.
Configuration of status points
You can view your status points in the detailed view of a booking under the tab "Status".
In the booking types you have the possibility to define the important status points for the respective booking type. The defined status points are then displayed in the detail view for incoming and outgoing goods, if applicable. We recommend that you select the status points that represent your processes and should therefore be tracked at your yard.
Navigate to the item "Status configuration" in the booking types. Here you can configure the settings for incoming and outgoing goods. You select a status point by placing a check mark in front of the status point.
⚠️ It is important to note that the main status points you have selected cannot be deselected.
⚠️ The status points "Arrived at yard", "Arrived at ramp", and " Left the ramp" are necessary for reporting on TradeLink.
