To prevent forwarders or suppliers from booking into your calendar on public holidays, you can block your calendar for these days - without any manual effort and matching your location!
To set this up, go to the site data. Based on your location information, like your federal state, the public holidays are set in the background. Therefore, check once again whether the address data is correct.
If you scroll down further in the site data, you will find the new setting "Blocker for local holidays".
Here you will find two options. The first option "Create blockers for local holidays" means that blockers are created in your calendar for all holidays in the current calendar year. If you click on the field again, you can remove all these blockers.
The second option "Renew blockers yearly" ensures that blockers for bank holidays are automatically created every year.
When blockers are created, appointments and series appointments remain. Each loading point is blocked and labelled with the respective public holiday. You can also manually remove individual holiday blockers.
