Save Your Favourite View I Filter | TradeLink Help Center

Learn in this article how you as a user can save your personal favourite view in TradeLink.

Contents:

1. Set individual focus in the calendar

2. Filter transport list and save favourite view

3. Tip: Filter Order List (Order Management) or Empties Management view

1. Set individual focus in the calendar

You can now customise the calendar view with an individual focus. This allows employees (e.g. in incoming or outgoing goods) to save their preferred view, adapt it at any time and use it optimally.

1. Go to the calendar view. You can show or hide the filter bar using the filter icon at the top right.

2. Set focus: Select your focus criteria in the calendar, e.g. booking status, booking type or transport status.

3. Save View: Save your settings and set them as the default view via ‘Update view’.

4. Highlight Focus: Your focus topics are highlighted in colour, while other bookings are greyed out. This allows you to see what is important without losing the overview.

Example: View filtered by appointment status and flow of goods

5. Customise or delete view: Change or delete saved views via ‘Update view’ or ‘Remove view’.

Your advantages:

  • Personalisation: Save your individual focus settings to suit your workflows (at user level).

  • Time saving: Your saved focus remains active and loads automatically - no need to make new adjustments.

  • Focus: Clearly emphasise relevant data and increase efficiency and clarity in the calendar.

2. Filter transport list and save your favourite view

Save individual filter settings directly in the transport list.

1. Set settings: Use the cogwheel icon to adjust and save the order of the list using drag-and-drop.

2. Open the filter bar: You can show or hide the filter bar using the filter symbol.

3. Set filter: Select the desired filter criteria, e.g. booking period, date status, booking type, flow of goods, loading point or transport processing.

4. Save view: Click on ‘Update view’ to save your filter as the default view.

5. Change or delete filters: Remove or customise saved filters at any time via ‘Remove view’.

Your advantages:

  • Time saving: The filter is saved automatically and is also available the next time it is opened.

  • Personalisation: Each user can set their own filters - independently of others.

  • Simplicity: Changes can be made quickly and easily directly in the filter view.

Tip:

Also use the filter function for the order list (by order status and type) and load carrier management (e.g. by location, load carrier, date or partners). Not yet using Order Management and Load Carrier Management and interested? Then simply contact your Customer Success Manager.
