Accept, Decline or Delete a Booking | TradeLink Help Center

This article explains how you can accept, decline or delete a booking in just a few steps.


When your partners create a booking for your site, it appears in blue under the status "Request received" in your calendar. You can then accept or decline this booking.

 

Accept a booking request

To accept the booking, you must first click on the advice. A summary of the data of this booking will open on the right side of your screen. If all the necessary information has been filled in by the partner and the details of the transport are correct, the booking can be accepted by clicking on "Accept appointment".

When you accept the appointment, you can also choose whether only the person who made the booking or other parties involved in this transport should be informed about it as well.

After the appointment is accepted, the status of the booking is set to "Appointment confirmed" and now appears in green in your calendar.

 

Decline a booking request

If the information provided is incorrect or incomplete (e.g. delivery bill is missing), you can decline the appointment.

If you decline an appointment, you must specify the reason. As with accepting an appointment, you can choose who should be notified.


You will find the appointment again in the list view if you select the filter for "Declined" under "Booking status":

 

 

Delete a booking

A booking can be deleted if it is no longer relevant.

The booking can be deleted directly in the calendar by clicking on the booking and then selecting "Delete" from the three-point menu on the right.

Alternatively, bookings can also be deleted from the list view, via the three-point menu.
