Specify Internal/External Reason When Rescheduling Timeslots | TradeLink Help Center

Starting now, get an even clearer understanding of why things are postponed.

 

This feature is designed for warehouse operators and logistics managers. It appears in the “Propose New Timeslot” module when rescheduling an internal advice and allows you to specify whether the reason is internal (e.g. staff shortage) or external (e.g. transport delay). This data is displayed in the Insights Cockpit and helps improve understanding and analysis of slot changes.

How it works:

  • When rescheduling an internal booking within the minimum notice period, a new field appears for additional input

  • You can select whether the reason is internal (e.g. change of loading dock) or external (e.g. transport delay)

  • This information will be stored and shown in the Insights Cockpit

  • You can still enter specific details in the free-text field below the selection buttons

 

Hint:

You can still provide an exact reason using the free-text field below the buttons (e.g. “Driver late due to traffic”).
