How to invite a forwarding company (with a booking link)
You can invite your partners to TradeLink by forwarding them the email with the booking link that you received at the beginning.
Once your partners have received the email with the invitation link, they can click on "Collaborate digitally now" and they will be redirected to the TradeLink booking portal where they can then sign up using their own email address.
In the next step, further basic data is requested. This is for inquiries and updates only and is not associated with the creation of an account. It is important that forwarders enter their company in TradeLink so that they can select it in the booking flow for future bookings.
By clicking on "Continue" your forwarders have added themselves to TradeLink and can collaborate with you via TradeLink in the future. We recommend that your partners also create an account to have an overview of all existing bookings at any time.
💡Why should I create a TradeLink Account?
Your forwarders will now be notified when new bookings are assigned to them or existing bookings are changed. They can also make bookings for you on their own.
