How can I book a slot at multiple sites | TradeLink Help Center
This article explains how you can book a slot with TradeLink for multiple sites.
Assuming you've been invited to collaborate via TradeLink at multiple locations, we'll show you how to make a booking at said locations.
Invitation Link for an additional location (basic requirements)
The basic requirement for slot booking via TradeLink locations is the receipt of a personal booking link by e-mail. You will receive this link from the company you wish to book with.

If you have not yet received a booking link, please check your spam folder again. Otherwise, contact our support or the Warehouse direct.
Booking at multiple sites via booking links
If you do not have a TradeLink account and would like to book at another location, you can do so using the booking link in the invitation email for that additional location.
🚩 It is important that the booking link you selected for your booking matches the location where you want to book, as you will receive one booking link per location (you will have multiple booking links if you want to book at more than one location).
When you create a TradeLink account, you can select the location directly in your booking flow. If you or one of your colleagues has already received a booking link for the new location, click "Collaborate digitally now" to start your booking!
💡One-time booking via booking link (without a TradeLink account)
Alternatively, in each automatic booking request email you will find a booking link with which you can make future bookings.
Booking at +1 locations with your TradeLink account
Once you have both created a TradeLink account and confirmed the invitation to the additional location by clicking "Collaborate Digitally Now" in your invitation email, you can easily choose which location to book at in your account overview under “new booking”.
Log into your TradeLink account and click on "New booking" in the upper right corner of the screen, which will open a drop-down menu.
In the drop-down menu you will now see all the locations to which you have been invited to book a slot. By clicking on a location, you will be taken to the corresponding booking portal in the next step.
🚩 On the first page of the booking portal, it is necessary to check two things at the beginning of each booking:
-
“Booking at”: Here, the location for which you want to notify a transport is displayed.
-
“Who is booking”: Here, you will be recognized by the system as a user (and stored as a contact person)
By clicking on the respective flow of goods, you will get to the external booking flow:
