Who in my company can add more colleagues?
User management for standard users
Generally, all users in the role of Company Owner/Admin have access to user management and can invite additional users. Furthermore, Company Owners/Admins can configure in the user management whether Standard Users can invite additional colleagues.
Activate or deactivate permission for Standard Users
To access user management, click on the person icon in the upper right corner.
In the user management is a switch ('Toggle') that determines whether ordinary standard users have the ability to invite new colleagues.
When the switch is activated:
-
A user can only pass on the permissions they themselves have. For example, a user who only has read rights can only give new colleagues read rights as well.
-
Additionally, users can only invite new colleagues to locations for which they have access permissions themselves. So if a user only has access to Location 2 and not to Location 1, they can only issue invitations for Location 2.
