How do I invite my partners to TradeLink?
Click on the contact book icon to go to your company's partner management.
By clicking on " + Invite user" you can start inviting your partners to TradeLink.
A new window will pop up where you first have to enter the E-Mail addresses of your partners. You can also invite multiple partners at once by simply copying all E-Mail addresses into the "Email address(es) * " field. It is important that you define the role of your partners correctly. For example, if you want to invite 30 suppliers, you can copy all 30 addresses and tick "Supplier" under "Role".
You can also specify the language of the invitation that will be sent out to your partners. Depending on your selection, your partners will receive the invitation to TradeLink in German, English or French.
Optionally, you also have the possibility to write a short personal invitation note.
Once you have entered all the important information, you can complete the partner invitation by clicking on "Send invitation".
Your partners will then receive an invitation E-Mail with a personal booking link.
New: General booking link for collaboration
Another way to quickly and easily invite partner companies for booking is to use the general booking link. Here, you can also access the partner companies via the menu bar as described above.
There you will find a new button "General booking link" next to the button "+ Invite user". You can expand this button to copy the link.
Once you have copied the link, you can either pass it on to your suppliers, who can then send it to their respective forwarding agent. Or you can embed the link directly in emails, new delivery conditions or in the order process. In the onboarding phase, we also recommend placing the link in a contact letter.
Thus, all partners can then register themselves quickly and easily with their correct contact details.
