In the article "How to invite your partners to TradeLink" you will learn how to invite your Partners to TradeLink. Inviting your Partners through their email address is the basis for creating the partner companies.
Meaning that instead of creating a company with a company name, it is sufficient to invite the email address of a contact.
In this step, TradeLink recognizes the name of the company by its domain and thus automatically creates the company in the list of partner companies.
The forwarding companies, suppliers and customers then have the possibility to independently enter their contact details, official company name, location address and branch office.
If a company already exists in the list, the invited user will be automatically assigned to the company.
You can still edit the name of the company as long as the invited contact person has not yet accepted the invitation. To do this, you can go to "Actions", click on the three dots and click on "Edit partner company".
Subsequently, a modal opens in which the company name can be adjusted once again, e.g. for the official spelling. With a click on "Save changes" the name is adjusted in the list of partner companies.
