How do I book with or without incoming/outgoing load carriers for an advice?
You can still mark the number of “empties” in the existing booking screen using a dedicated checkbox (please add an extra loading unit for the amount of empty load carriers).
What do I do if I am not the person responsible for load carriers?
Please invite your colleagues to TradeLink so that they can view and manage the balance with the warheouse. You can do this by clicking on the user symbol in the header and then clicking on “Invite user”.
Where can I find the current status of the load carriers?
As a freight forwarder, supplier or customer, you can now view the balance with the respective warehouse in TradeLink by clicking on the pallet symbol in the header at the top right:
Then click on “Balance” to see the balance view with the respective loader:
Can I veto the balance?
You can create the respective report in PDF form via the three-dot menu. Discrepancies with the respective warehouse must currently still be clarified by email. Please contact the responsible contact person via email.
Warehouses now use TradeLink instead of the previous pallet account - what changes for us as forwarders / suppliers etc.?
From now on you will receive the balance statements via TradeLink e-mails. You will also be able to view transactions and balances in your TradeLink account at any time
