Invitation to complete booking | TradeLink Help Center

Find out how you can invite your delivery partners to complete your booking in just two steps and what advantages the function offers.

 

You can now share advance information about an all-day appointment with your delivery partner and invite them to complete the booking.

This function is particularly helpful if:

  • You want to support a new delivery partner with their first bookings.

  • You already know that the goods are to be collected on a certain day.

     

This is how it works:

  1. Create an all-day appointment: Create an all-day appointment and adjust the information as required. Find out how to create an all-day appointment here.

  2. Invitation to complete a booking: Use the new “Invite partner to complete and slot booking” button to invite your delivery partner to complete the booking.

You can either create a new contact for the forwarder or select one of the existing contacts. Personalize your message as needed.

 

What it looks like for your partner:

Your Partner will now receive an invitation email linking to the TradeLink platform.

When opening the invitation link, the partner will be guided to the booking flow. Existing information will appear as pre-filled, so that the partner only has to add the missing details.

The partner can then provide any missing information (e.g. vehicle type)
