Edit a multi-shipment transport | TradeLink Help Center

Here we explain how you can edit a transport with multiple shipments and thus adjust or remove individual shipments.

If you want to edit a multi-shipment transport, there are several possibilities:

1 Edit the shipments directly after creating them

2 Edit the shipments later via TradeLink

3 Edit the shipments later in the TradeLink account


1. Edit the shipments directly after creating them

As soon as you have filled in the booking form and completed the advice, a window appears showing the last booking. Under "Manage your last booking" you will find the date and location of the notification you just made.

Select the "Edit" option here to edit or remove individual shipments or to adjust general transport data.

The advice opens in edit mode. Here you can open the shipment you want to edit and adjust the details contained there. You can also change the vehicle details or the date and time of the entire transport in the upper tabs.

Once you have selected a shipment for editing, you can, for example, change the supplier, adjust the reference or load quantity and add missing documents. Then click on "Save changes" to complete the adjustments.

The warehouse will now optionally receive an email notification with your changes, which have been automatically saved.

 

2 Edit the shipments later via the link

If you would like to edit one or more shipments afterwards, you can check your email inbox. A summary of the booking has been sent to you. The email contains a link to the last booking. If you click on the link, you can change the information again.

The further steps are analogous to the editing window in option 1 (see above).

 

3 Edit the shipments later in the TradeLink account

If you have created a TradeLink account, you can quickly and easily edit and manage all notifications including shipments. To do this, log in to your account with your user data and open the last booking. You can also find this via the search field or, as explained in option 2, via your emails.

Now click on "Edit" on the right to edit your shipments or the entire booking.

The further steps are the same as in the editing window in option 1 (see above).
